Dear Movalogue friends,
It has been over three months since the last blog post was published, and it may seem like Movalogue has disappeared. However, behind the scenes, it is undergoing a transformation by composting the old and preparing a nurturing ground for a next cycle of creation.
You might now ask: What is exactly happening? What can be noticed?
During our monthly Open Movalogue calls a little tribe of people went on exploring
and expressing beauty, richness and diversity by making transcontinental connection a felt experience. It became quite a solid group of humans from Asia through Europe and Latam to Canada and West Coast US.
While sensing into what wants to emerge this group noticed two important basic qualities:
Movalogue aims to weave embodiment, poetry, and art into our daily lives, becoming a seamless part of daily routines and local communities.
Movalogue comes with ease and grows organically without tension and burden of being attached to conceptual goals.
The process and the experience in the present moment became more valuable than the outcome and future goals. Prioritizing the depth of our relationships shapes the results of our collaborative efforts. Various creative outcome is created by the field of connected individuals being open to surprise.
Regarding the annual Movalogue event, which has traditionally taken place at the end of August for the past six years, we sense that it may need more time to fully mature. Our mind, heart and hands are circling around the idea to invite to a Movalogue, which takes place in the homes of our community of participants, a Movalogue@home.

... neighbors caring about packages and stepping into surprisingly deep talks
... friends of kids refreshing the house
... working friends sitting on a rooftop watching the sun going down
... kabbalah and martial art communities
... housing cooperation and parenting groups
... Germans feeling in Latam
... connection and fragmentation
... coming into and leaving communities
... condos with walls around it
... university and innovation communities
... mobile home parks with elderly people and socio economic diversity
... spiritual sanghas
... one person being the social glue and
... this person leaving and all connection disappearing
... rivers and nature being part of the community
... virulent big cities with daily exploding seeds, new faces, small talk and depth by decision
We envisioned...
friends and family meeting in gardens and homes...
enjoying food variety...
being soft and vulnerable...
cozy talking groups...
in the kitchen, living room, on a bench, around the fire...
a mic, a camera, a screen...
globally connecting...
artists portraying...
people portraying each other...
kids sharing games...
sharing stories...
singing songs and listening to songs
local and global dancing
hearts opening
humans being.
